Our aged malt wine, naturally pure water from the Drentse Aa and soft grain alcohol filtered over active carbon form the basis of Premium Jonge Jenever. The unprecedented taste nuances of this new jenever are formed by our triple-fired herbal distillate. Juniper berry, iris root and star anise are co-fired to capture the flavor and aroma components. A balanced blend of fennel seed, orange blossom and cardamom then enhances the softness. Notes of Drenthe heather honey and pear provide a slightly sweet hint. We'll let this rest for nine weeks before marrying it for two weeks. This is how time, attention and patience complete our newest pride.
