Raw Collins
RAW Collins is a rich variation on the classic gin cocktail. Beautiful marriage between sour and sweet notes. Due to the tight, fresh taste also ideal as an aperitif.
Ingredients
- 50ml Hooghoudt RAW Genever
- 15 ml of sugar syrup
- 1/2 lemon
- Sparkling water
This is how you make this cocktail
- Pour 50 ml Hooghoudt RAW Genever in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Then add 15 ml sugar syrup and stir well.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and top off the glass with sparkling water.
