The Bourbon Cask Aged Sour
A classic cocktail with a Hooghoudt twist! Our Blended Bourbon is mixed with fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup for a delicious combination of sweet, sour and spicy
Ingredients
- 50ml Hooghoudt Bourbon Cask Aged Genever
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Ice
- cocktail Shaker
- Sifter
This is how you make this cocktail
- Put 50 ml Hooghoudt Bourbon Cask Aged Genever, 30 ml lemon spa and 20 ml simple syrup and the ice cubes in the shaker
- Just shake
- Shake well a few more times until your shaker fogs up
- Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a Tumbler glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a lemon zest
