Negroni with Beerenburg
Make a variation on the Negroni with Authentic Beerenburg by replacing the Vermouth with Hooghoudt Beerenburg.
Ingredients
- Hooghoudt Authentic Beerenburg (Italian Vermouth replacement)
- Hooghoudt Korenwijn (substitute for gin)
- Campari
- Orange
- Ice Cube
This is how you make this cocktail
- Pour 45 ml Hooghoudt Korenwijn (replacement of gin) in an old fashioned tumbler
- Add 20 ml. Campari
- Pour 30 ml Hooghoudt Authentic Beerenburg on top of this (replacement of the Italian Vermouth)
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- For more depth, add 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Stir for 25 seconds
