Aged Fashioned
PX sherry is a full cousin of sherry oloroso. Same taste style, slightly sweeter. No wonder the two get along so well in this potent cocktail. Ripe tones of currants, raisins and a subtle hint of nuttiness. Hot. Fruity. Spanish flair.
Ingredients
- 60ml Hooghoudt Aged Genever 5 years
- 15ml PX sherry dulce
- Angostura Bitters
- 1 orange
This is how you make this cocktail
- Fill a tumbler with ice and add 60 ml Hooghoudt Aged Genever 5 years old.
- Then add 15 ml PX sherry dulce and two drops of Angostura Bitters.
- Garnish with an orange zest and stir well several times.
